Sonic a cd burning program

Hey I use Sonic which is a cd burnign program and I need help with knowign how to burn my files from my computer to a cd. I know how to copy a cd that I bought to a cd, but not sure how to make re- mix cd's. If anyone has this program and can help me in any way, that would be greatly appreciated.
